Farah Khan effortlessly makes her show’s guests to come up interesting titbits or truth about their life. Her show on Star Plus, ‘Tere Mere Beach Mein’ till now gave couch to several popular celebs who shared things which found too amusingly surprising by audience.
Our King Khan too didn’t escape this show, who in fact is a thick friend of Farah. Among the other gupshup, Shah Rukh admitted that he was very possessive about his wife Gauri before marriage. So much that he would stop her wearing mini-skirts or T-shirts. “But I promised her the minute we married that I'd never behave in such a rotten manner. She would never feel curbed from doing anything. I was only insecure till we were married because I didn't know if she belonged to me like I belonged to her,” stated Khan. SRK said that he has come to the show because Gauri has asked him to... it's a demand! He even revealed that their son, Aryan, doesn’t like Gauri wearing long covered clothes now, as he considers her the most beautiful. Interestingly, SRK went on to say that he washes his wife’s feet every morning and drinks the water.
In the course of the show he was awarded the ‘Joru Ka Gulaam’ award. And going by the nomination list, there were Abhishek Bachchan (for Aishwarya Rai), Anil Ambani (Tina Ambani), Hrithik Roshan (Suzzane), Sachin Tendulkar (Anjali), Akshaye Kumar (Twinkle).
On winning this the actor said that he has not won the award just because Farah is his friend and it was not fixed either. But it is his right to bag this award! “Yeh mera haq hain aur maine haq se jeeta hai!” quoted SRK.
Hmm, Gauri you are lucky indeed!
